1.2 System operation
Parking lot charging system is divided intocard free consumption (mainly for temporary parking users) and card consumption(mainly for month cards, year cards and other long-term parking users)
1.2.1 Card free consumption
For temporary parking vehicles, this systemwill carry out card free consumption. When vehicles drive into A/B/C/D fourentrances and exits respectively, reading device identifies vehicle licenseplates, then transmit data of vehicle license plates and vehicles arrival timeinto computer’s system database. While the vehicles leave the parking lot, byidentifying license plates to record parking time, operator will make manualtoll collection according to the data displayed on system.
1.2.2 Card consumption
For Long-term parking cars, this systemwill implement card consumption. When vehicles drive into A/B/C/D fourentrances and exits respectively, reading device identifies vehicle licenseplates, then transmit data of vehicle license plates and vehicles arrival timeinto computer’s system database, meanwhile, card holders directly swipe cardsat toll of each entrance of the parking lot, in this case, reading device storesand transmits relevant data into computer’s system database. While the vehiclesleave the parking lot, card holders swipe cards again at the toll, computersystem record the parking time and process relevant data to complete automaticdeduction, thus, achieve the parking lot charging management.

1.1 Real electronic wallet Non-contact read and write features, fasterread and write speed. Support offline running. When charging POS is runningoffline, it can determine whether there is a balance in the card, whether thecard has been reported or cancelled. There is no need to reply on database inthe host computer. It effectively verifies the validity and legitimacy of thecard.

Handheld parking lot charging system isdivided into two consumption patterns: card free and IC card and they arecharging by timing.
